Hotels In Sydney CBD
Usually a great place to stay
I stay at the Metro Marlow regularly and usually it is a fantastic place to stay. This week however, on the night that I stayed there were young children opening and closing (really slamming) their room doors- continually- on level 3. This continued until 10 Pm until they were told to stop. This behaviour recommenced at 4 am, until an adult addressed the matter ( by walking up and down the floor and saying emphatically no more going in and out- do you understand ?

Sydney CBD Hotels
One of the most glamorous and exciting cities in the world, Sydney lies on the glorious Sydney Harbour, with its iconic Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge at Circular Quay. Stay in one of our exquisite Sydney CBD hotels, and experience for yourself one of the world’s sexiest cities!
Things to do
Rather than just snap photos of the icon, why not embark on a Harbour Bridge Climb? Afterwards, you can go for a ferry cruise on the harbour and then in the evening, you can attend a performance at the world famous Sydney Opera House, which is host to top-notch theatre productions, ballet, classical music and, of course, opera performances.
Some other popular nearby attractions include Taronga Zoo, the Koala Park Sanctuary, and Oceanworld Manly. Further afield, a trip to Sydney isn’t complete without a visit to Darling Harbour for lunch and an Imax movie. Alternatively, you can head to King Street Wharf for some fabulous seafood, spend a day at Sydney’s iconic and beautiful Bondi Beach or make the trek to see the scenic Three Sisters in the Blue Mountains.
Shopping and dining
A day’s walk through the city will expose you to the melting-pot of cultures that abound, whether it’s walking through Sydney’s Chinatown – a wonderful mixture of Asian culture, cuisine and shopping – or the narrow, completely charming cobblestone streets of The Rocks, you’re bound to bag a bargain and find a good feed. Sydney is considered one of the leading fashion capitals of the world and fashionistas can shop like crazy at high-end department stores and bustling markets or in the boutiques of Paddington and Double Bay. The dining on offer in Sydney is also some of the best in the world; few meals can beat those that are eaten overlooking the stunning Sydney Harbour, with a glass of fine red wine in hand, it truly is a foodie’s delight.
