We travelled from Townsville to Mackay to look at a dog we are adopting. Needing to stay somewhere central we came across the Paradise Lodge Motel. What a find. We stayed here for one night on our trip north and were greeted by very friendly and helpful owners who were welcoming and offered advice for eating and drinking. The room was clean, spacious and had all the amenities you would want. Free wifi and parking were an added bonus. The motel is within walking distance to all eateries, shops. More

We recently returned home from an extended trip through inland central Queensland during which we had occasion to stay for several nights at the Paradise Lodge Motel while in Mackay. Our experience was the opposite to kokofoxy. We found the managers to be most helpful accommodating went out of their way to meet our needs make. More
