Back Bay 99 St Botolph St, Boston
Tony S. – What an awesome place! I stay everywhere in Boston every 2-3 weeks, and I have to say that the Inn at St Botolph is simply. KEWL. Prior to arrival I was sent instructions and timing on the electronic keypadded front door and room door. Everything is pristine clean, comfortable, and you almost feel like this is what the world would look like if it operated at complete efficiency, with limited need for humans that annoy you at the front desk. Yes, yes, I know some of us like that milk and cookie greeting as soon as you walk in the front door, but sometimes, I really don t want to deal with another person for no other reason other than I m feeling bitchy and probably am not going to positively contribute to society that day. The Inn is efficiency at its best. something I hate to admit Boston is seriously lacking in any hotel that isn t luxury class. But no fear! The Inn is here! Love this place and highly recommend it.
Chinatown 821 Washington St, Boston
Rachel C. – My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights on the HHonors floor. Room looked nice and upgraded, bed was very comfy and came with a safe and a mini fridge. We left our cookies on the counter when we left to go sightseeing for the day and came home to a ton of ants crawling all over them, which is just unexpected for a hotel, let alone a room on the 5th floor. We complained about the issue and Damaris was very helpful, sending someone to the room to check out the problem and giving us free hot breakfast buffet for the rest of our stay. Also put together a nice little bag with more cookies and little snacks with a nice note. Needless to say, I was paranoid at that point and kept all food in the fridge. A for service but I hope they take care of their ant problem!

Jackel J. – My first time here, i enjoyed with the room with some great staff. The front of hotel is not so much high class but everything ready to use in the room, thats enough to be a great place for stay. i liked their TV channels as well, they have NBCSN channel. i love to watch EPL so why i was very surprising that i can watch EPL on hotel because when i was staying other 3-4 stars hotels but they dont have this channel, only ESPN or University sports. i would love to come back when i am going to Boston again. PS. this place is so great location. just walk 2-3 mins from shopping mall and MBTA green line. LOVE IT EVERYTHING
West End 280 Friend Street, Boston
Greg E. – I stayed at this little Holiday Inn Express while in town for work over by Boston Common and what a nice little hotel this is. The facilities are great, the location is fantastic and the staff was very friendly. My room was very high priced but I think that may just be Boston. The rooms also aren t overly large but I was alone. My biggest complaint is the elevators are so ridiculously slow. They need to be updated. Other than that, if you want to spend time in downtown boston, this is a great place to base your operations.

P B. – Wonderful location and very cute place. Being an older place, it comes with thin walls, small bathroom but everything was functional. -bring earplugs. My room had a non functional fireplace but it was very cute. Smelled nice as well. Yes my view Was parking lot too and nighttime and early morning people dumping bottles in trash bins. -bring earplugs Breakfast is next door at the roost bistro which is pretty good – French toast, potatoes, fresh baked croissants, real eggs. Never made it often as it opened at 7:30 and I was out early to the convention center -easy walk Free Wifi is the slowest ever. Absolutely would stay here again.

Kimberly B. – I ve stayed here 3 times with groups and will keep returning. It s a great location, the rooms are clean and quiet and the staff very friendly. This is not a typical hotel; we had a suite with 3 full beds and one king then another room with 2 twin beds. It was PERFECT for a group! They also provide the appropriate shampoo, soap and towels for a group. I wish I took pictures to share, but you ll have to just book a room and give it a whirl. I highly recommend this for a family. The suite is perfect. You walk into the main sitting area. It s simple so don t plan on gathering cozy around the TV (you re in Boston, go sightseeing) but they have a TV and a fridge, then you step down to the King room with a desk and iron station and TV then there is an adjourning room with the 3 full beds. perfect!

Mike C. – So I do a lot of bookings on Expedia, and I guess I got upgraded to a pretty nice room. So with that said, my bed was pretty big. I had some nice bathroom amenities, free Perrier bottles, and nice hand written welcome letter. Free wi-fi, and I liked their fitness room too. I hung out at the Emeralds lounge too where they had some pretty good cocktails. Hotel is pretty central too next to restaurants, bars and pretty close to Boston commons, T-station and Chinatown. I definitely see myself coming back here.
Mike G. – I took my wife here on the weekend that I proposed to her. It brings back a lot of good memories, but that won t effect my review. Its a very nice hotel. Its classic, classy, and has that nice old feel to it. The parking situation isn t great, but that s Boston for you. It s kind of at a busy intersection, so you will ear a bit of street traffic from your room. The best part of the Hotel is probably that you can see Fenway Park from many of the rooms. I m not even a Boston fan and I thought that was really cool.
