What our customers say

“We value the partnership we have developed with Aljex over the past 6 years as our TMS provider. Over that time we have grown from 5 users to 200 on the system and support 25+ EDI partner,s covering a broad portfolio of services industries. We have given Aljex many challenges to meet and without faltering they have risen to the occasion every time. From warehousing to significant distribution projects and everything in between, the system has proven reliable and scalable. Our customers rank our information delivery as one of our leading strengths and that is a direct result of what we have accomplished with Aljex. We look forward to our continued and mutual success for many years to come.”

Kathi C. Laughman, Director – Business System & Solutions Crane Freight & Cartage – Crane Solutions LLC

“…..YOU ( as in Robyn ) have been helpful, VERY helpful…whereas I sometimes get more formal/cold/hard to figure replies back from other support teams in other companies. Your reply was what support SHOULD be, it breeds good relations and customer service. It’s attitudes like yours that create success and goodwill. ”

Jim P Taylor Truckline (Northfield, MN)

“Aljex is imminently scalable, and our business is the proof of that. In just over 2yrs we’ve been able to grow our business from 5 employees to almost 45, without missing a beat or having any systems issues whatsoever… the reason I still work with Aljex is due to the simplicity and adaptability of the systems.”

Freight Bill Factoring – Low 1 #factoring #company #for #trucking

Services: Freight Bill Factoring

Do your freight bills take up to 60 days to pay? Do you need money sooner? We can help you. Our factoring program finances slow-paying freight bills and provides you with funds quickly. It helps you handle cash flow problems due to slow-paying shippers and clients.

You can use the funds to pay for drivers, fuel, and repairs. More importantly, however, you can use these funds to take on more loads and grow your business. We finance carriers and brokers in the US and in Canada.

How does freight bill factoring work?

Our freight bill factoring plans are simple to use and quick to set up. And once a plan is set up, it provides you with predictable cash flow. Here is how our plans work:

  1. You deliver the freight load to your customer
  2. You send the freight bill to the customer and submit a copy to us (this step varies)
  3. We send the advance to you by wire or direct deposit
  4. Once your client pays, the transaction finishes

Up to 95% advances

We know that cash flow is important to your business, which is why we do our best to give you the highest possible advance. Our advances range from 90% to 95%, based on your situation. We can provide higher advances to select clients.

Rates as low as 1.5%

But high advances aren t everything. To be successful in the trucking industry, you need to watch your costs as well. Our plans have low costs and are easy to understand. Our rates as low as 1.5% per month can be prorated and are based on the size of your trucking company.

To get an instant quote, fill out this form .

Short-term contracts

We understand that you don t want to be tied to a freight factoring company for any longer than is necessary, so we can structure short-term contracts to meet your needs. We want you to be with us only for as long as we are helping you grow.

Take us for a test drive

We want the chance to earn your trust and your business. To get an instant quote, fill out this form. You will receive an approximate quote in seconds with NO COMMITMENT required on your part.

Optional fuel advances for small carriers

We can also provide fuel advance factoring to select small and growing trucking companies. This program provides you with an advance that allows you to fuel your trucks and deliver more loads.

Works with fuel cards

Our program works with fuel cards. This flexibility gives you and your drivers an easy way to pay for fuel and maintenance expenses. It also gives you an easy way to control how money is spent.

Benefits of freight bill factoring

  • Predictable cash flow
  • Funds to pay for drivers, fuel, and repairs
  • Quick approvals
  • Credit checks
  • Fuel cards

Select the right factoring company

You must select a factoring company carefully. Make sure that they are the right fit for you and your business. Once you start interviewing companies, consider asking the following questions:

  1. How long have they been in business?
  2. How are they funded?
  3. How quickly can they set up an account?
  4. How quickly can they fund your first freight bill?
  5. How quickly do they approve new shippers/brokers?
  6. Can they finance copies or do they need originals?
  7. Do they provide fuel advances?
  8. How long are their contract terms?
  9. Do they specialize in transportation and logistics?

For more information and strategies about how to choose a factor, read How to Select the Best Freight Factoring Company

Negotiate the best terms

Profit margins in the trucking industry are very tight due to competition. You must partner with a factoring company that will offer the lowest cost. Remember that the rate is only one part of the total package and is only one component of cost. The total cost of factoring is based on:

  1. The factoring rate
  2. The factoring advance
  3. Extra fees
  4. Credit of your shippers and brokers

Keep these four items in mind when negotiating your factoring contract, as they all affect the total cost.

To get the best terms, work with a factor that has experience in your industry. Additionally, show the factor that financing your business is a low risk for them. For example, demonstrate to the factor that you work with reliable shippers and that you keep good records.

Need a factoring quote?

4 WAYS WE CAN HELP YOU AFTER YOUR ACCIDENT

The attorneys at Zanes Law have helped thousands of injured people make smarter, more confident legal decisions so that they are made whole after an accident. Today it’s your turn.

Do you have questions or concerns about health insruance, providers, and covering medical costs?

Medical Bills

Medical bills caused by an auto accident are a cost that should be covered by your injury settlement. If you have health insurance, you should present your insurance card to all medical providers so they will bill your health insurance. If you do not have health insurance, you will need to find a medical provider that will treat you on a lien. This is something that Zanes Law can help you with.

*Treating on a lien: This means that you will not be charged any up-front costs for treatment and the provider will be compensated upon your settlement. This provider would require payment for their services before you receive your proceeds from the claim.

Property Damage Insurance

Car rentals: If you have rental car coverage through your insurance carrier, you should request your car rental through them. It’s usually an easy process and your insurance will be reimbursed if liability is accepted by the adverse party. When you do not have rental coverage, you will have to wait until liability is established with the other driver’s insurance.

Property damage: Open a property damage claim with your insurance company (even if the accident is not your fault). If you have collision coverage on your insurance, your insurance company will fix your car and will work with the other car’s insurance to ensure they cover the costs. Please note, you may be required to pay your deductible up-front if liability has not yet been established. Once it is, your insurance company will be able to get your deductible back and reimburse you. Click here for information about property damage after a car accident.

Bodily injury: Injury claims are completely different than property damage claims. If you are injured due to a car accident, we recommend you consult with a personal injury lawyer or accident lawyer to open your bodily injury claim for you. If you were injured in the accident, you need to seek medical care immediately and you need to speak with a personal injury attorney as soon as possible. If you are injured and choose to speak with the insurance adjuster on your own, you must make it clear to the adjuster that you are in fact injured. However, our advice is that you seek the assistance of a personal injury attorney and that you limit the conversations that you have with the insurance adjuster. Let your personal injury attorney handle all of these conversations on your behalf.

Lost Wages Compensation

Lost wages: If your accident has caused you to miss time from work, you are entitled to some type of compensation through your injury claim. You should document all time you took off and keep all doctor’s notes that justify your time off.

Pain and Suffering: This is a term used in the legal industry that refers to emotional and physical stress, as well as the actual physical pain, caused by a car accident. Injury victims are entitled to compensation for pain and suffering.

Overall compensation: Settlement amounts are directly correlated to the facts of a particular case. Some factors that determine a settlement amount are: types of injuries sustained, how long the individual sought medical treatment, total amount of medical bills, future medical bills, and many other factors. We recommend that you contact the personal injury attorneys at Zanes Law in order to find out what the actual value of your claim is.

Everything

Bills, property damage, medical treatment, insurance, lost wages, and compensation.

If all of the above are concerning you right now, we recommend you speak to a personal injury attorney to answer your specific questions. Yes, a personal injury attorney. Not a general attorney who practices all case types. A personal injury attorney works on these cases all day, everyday and is more experienced when it comes to injury claims. An accident attorney can assist with motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, construction accidents, premise accidents, bicycle accidents, mass torts, burn injury and class action lawsuits to name a few.

Opinion: Automate Your Dock for Big ROI
Transport Topics, March 14, 2016
Not much has changed since the 1970s when, as a young technology marketer, I stood on the docks of countless trucking companies for hours, sometimes days, clipboard in hand, trying to measure the time and efficiency of dock management. Armed with data laboriously collected, I would confront trucking executives with the evidence that I thought would persuade them to invest in the latest technology of the day to automate wherever they could.

Where’s My Freight?
Transport Topics, November 2016
Today’s tracking technology allows users to monitor the movement of goods from the time they leave the manufacturer to the final unloading, eliminating black holes that once existed within the system, particularly within the handoff points as loads changed hands. As a result, carriers are able to improve customer service, minimize delays, better utilize assets and enhance security. The ability to track loads also opens up new opportunities for carriers as more shippers require up-to-date information on a load’s location.
