    • Integrated Technology . Begin the design process with a thorough understanding of the technological requirements of the space, including anticipated future needs.
    • Occupancy . Office space types fall into the B2 occupancy classification, with sprinklered construction. The GSA acoustical class is C1 for enclosed offices and Class C2 for open offices.
    • Flexibility . The office space type is durable and adaptable, and will typically include features such as a raised floor system for the distribution of critical services (power, voice, data, and HVAC) and mobile workstations to accommodate changes in employee, equipment, and storage needs over time.
    • Comfort and Safety . The health. safety. and comfort of employees is of paramount concern to employers. For this reason, the office space type should be designed with increased fresh air ventilation, the specification of non-toxic and low-polluting materials and indoor air quality monitoring. Non-quantifiable benefits such as access to windows and view, and opportunities for interaction should also be taken into account.
    • Energy Efficiency .     How to Transfer Your Vehicle Title in Washington

    • Have the previous owner sign the vehicle over to you.
    • Complete a bill of sale with previous owner and complete a title application.
    • Submit forms and payment to the DOL by mail or in person.

    There are many instances where you may have to perform a title transfer for your vehicle. Read below to learn the steps to accomplish a title transfer under varying circumstances.

    NOTE . The Washington Department of Licensing (DOL) has separate offices for driver’s license-related issues and vehicle licensing tasks. If you wish to visit an office in person for a transaction involving a vehicle title, make sure you go to a vehicle licensing office .

    New-to-State Titles

    Once you have established residency in Washington, you must register your vehicle within 30 days. Please note that you must FIRST apply for a WA driver’s license. Check out our page on registering your vehicle in Washington for more on the process and cost.

    The DOL will issue you a Washington title along with your registration. To get your Washington title and registration, you can submit the following to the DOL:

    You can submit all of the above to the DOL:

    • By mail to the address listed in the application – You will have to wait for your license plates to be mailed to you.
    • In person at a vehicle licensing office – Your plates will be issued to you on the spot.

    Your title should arrive within 10 weeks, but if you need it faster, visit or mail your forms and payment to a Quick Title office. along with an additional $50 expedited fee.

    Your car may be subject to an emissions test if you have moved to Clark, King, Pierce, Snohomish, or Spokane County.

    Additionally, if your vehicle is model year 2009 or newer. it must meet California emissions standards in order for you to register it in Washington.

    Buying or Selling a Vehicle in Washington

    Take the following steps when transferring a title after you purchase or sell a vehicle in Washington. Check out our page on registering your vehicle in Washington for more about the registration cost and process.

    Buying from a Dealer

    Licensed car dealers in Washington are equipped to handle the basic administrative DOL tasks including titling and registering your brand new car. This means you do not have to worry about transferring the vehicle’s title to your name. You will simply need to provide your valid, current Washington driver’s license.

    Typically, any associated DOL fees will be paid through your dealer as part of the sale.

    Buying from a Private Party

    Once you complete a vehicle purchase from a private party in Washington, you must transfer the title to your name within 15 days. If you fail to transfer your title within the required 15 days, you’ll be subject to the following penalties:

    To complete the transfer, take the following steps:

    Expect your title to arrive within 10 weeks. For expedited titles, mail or bring your forms and payment, along with a $50 quick title fee. to any Quick Title office.

    * NOTE . If the seller has lost or misplaced the original title, please see Duplicate Titles in WA below.

    Selling Your Car

    Take the following steps to transfer your car to a Washington buyer:

    • Complete all transfer information on the back of your current WA title, including the:
      • License plate number.
      • Date and price of sale.
      • Name of the buyer.
      • Vehicle identification number (VIN).
    • Complete a Vehicle/Vessel Bill of Sale (Form TD-420-065) with the buyer.
    • Remove the license plates and either surrender or transfer them.
    • Report the sale to the DOL within 5 business days of the transaction. You can do this:
      • Online for free.
      • At a vehicle licensing location. fees may apply.
      • By mail with a completed Vehicle Report of Sale (Form TD-420-062): fees may apply.

    Gifted Vehicle Title Transfers

    Receiving a Gifted Vehicle

    Transferring a Washington vehicle title to your name after a car has been gifted to you is a similar process to applying for a title transfer after you have purchased a car from a private seller. Note the following differences:

    • On the Vehicle/Vessel Bill of Sale (Form TD-420-065), enter “0″ for the sale price.
    • If possible, obtain any proof from the person gifting the car that all sales or use tax on the car have been paid. This will save you from having to pay this tax yourself.
      • If no proof can be provided, you will be responsible for 0.3% use tax.
      • If the car is 7 years old or older, you do not have to pay sales or use tax.
    • Pay the $12 title transfer service fee, plus your specific title fee (varies by vehicle; contact the DOL for details).

    Gifting a Vehicle to Another Party

    Transferring ownership of a vehicle title is ultimately the responsibility of the person receiving the gifted car. However, you must:

    • Sign the current transfer over to the person receiving the gift.
    • Fill out the appropriate portion of the Vehicle/Vessel Bill of Sale (Form TD-420-065).
    • Report the sale (gifting) to the DOL. You can do this:
      • Online for free.
      • At a DOL licensing office. fees may apply.
      • By mail with a completed Vehicle Report of Sale (Form TD-420-062): fees may apply.
    • Remove the vehicle’s license plates and either transfer or surrender them .

    It’s helpful if you provide the recipient with proof of sales tax paid on the vehicle you’re gifting them with. Otherwise, they will be required to pay use tax on the car.

    Donating a Vehicle in Washington

    When donating a car to an organization treat the transfer as if you were gifting the vehicle (see above ).

    Remember to obtain documentation from the organization receiving your donation for tax purposes.

    Removing a Lien

    If you have finished paying off your car loan, you will need to have your lender release the lien on your Washington title, so that you can title and register the car under your name.

    Typically lienholders will take care of this entire process for you. However, if your lienholder does not complete the lien release, you can submit one of the following to the WA DOL:

    • A completed Affidavit of Loss/Release of Interest/Gross Weight License (Form TD-420-040) with a notarized signature from the lienholder.
    • The current title released to you with the lienholder’s signature.

    Contact your lienholder for details on obtaining the released title.

    Changing Information on a WA Title

    The following types of changes can be made on your Washington title:

    Name Change

    In order to change your name on your Washington title, submit the following to the WA DOL:

    • Your current title .
    • A completed Vehicle Certificate of Ownership (Title) Application (Form TD-420-001).
    • Proof of your name change. This can be one of the following:
      • A court order.
      • A completed Vehicle/Vessel Owner Name Update Affidavit for Individual (Form TD-420-047) notarized OR signed in front of a DOL vehicle licensing office employee.
    • Payment for the $12 titling service fee, plus your new title fee (contact your local vehicle licensing office for details).

    Change Your Address

    If you’ve misplaced the original WA title to your vehicle during a sale—or the seller has misplaced it if you’re involved in a purchase—the vehicle owner will need to:

    Washington D.C. Turned Into Virtual Fortress As 250,000 Protesters Descend Upon The City

    Over the past couple of days, we’ve highlighted a couple of the mass protests that are being planned by disaffected Hillary supporters in an effort to disrupt the various Trump inaugural events that get kicked off tomorrow evening. Perhaps the most aggressive “disruptions” have been planned by groups called “DisruptJ20” and the “DC Anti-Fascist Coalition” and include plans to “paralyze the city” with “clusterfuck blockades” of bridges and tunnels, “stink bombs” in ventilation systems and chaining metro trains to station platforms to shut down rail traffic. Unfortunately for them, all of their plans were caught on tape by Project Veritas (see “New Video Exposes Anti-Trump Groups Plotting Criminal Acts To Disrupt Inauguration “) so we suspect police will be well prepared.

    As Reuters points out this morning, efforts to disrupt the inaugural process will have to evade a massive force of 28,000 security personnel and miles of fencing and roadblocks fortified by sand-laden dump trucks and other heavy equipment.

    Washington will turn into a virtual fortress ahead of Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration on Friday, as the U.S. capital braces for more than a quarter-million protesters expected during the Republican’s swearing-in.

    About 28,000 security personnel, miles (kilometers) of fencing, roadblocks, street barricades and dump trucks laden with sand will be part of the security cordon clamped around 3 square miles (almost 8 square km) of central Washington.

    “If we do have a mass arrest, we’ll be able to get people processed very quickly,” he said in an interview with Washington’s NBC 4 television station.

    And, if America’s millennial snowflakes are able to break through rhe police fortress they will undoubtedly be met by the “Wall of Meat “ recently promised by the “Bikers for Trump” group which has vowed to go “toe-to-toe with anyone that is going to break through any police barriers.”

    Overall, the inauguration is expected to draw a crowd of 900,000 with 250,000 of those guests showing up to protest the new President-elect.

    Police have forecast that some 900,000 people, both supporters and opponents, will flood Washington for the inauguration ceremony. which includes the swearing-in on the steps of the U.S. Capitol and a parade to the White House along streets thronged with onlookers.

    About 30 groups that organizers claim will draw about 270,000 protesters or Trump backers have received permits for rallies or marches before, during and after the swearing-in. More protests are expected without permits.

    By far the biggest protest will be the Women’s March on Washington on Saturday. which organizers expect to draw 250,000 people.

    Luckily, at least one helpful protest group will be on hand with plans to calm down the rowdy masses by passing out 4,200 doobies.

    One Washington inaugural protest will come amid a haze of pot smoke as pro-marijuana protesters show their opposition to Trump’s choice for attorney general, Alabama Republican Senator Jeff Sessions, a critic of pot legalization.

    The group plans to distribute 4,200 joints at the inauguration and urge attendees to light up. Possession of small amounts of marijuana is legal in Washington, but public consumption is not.

Fortunately for many people, this is not that difficult to demonstrate. Other times it is a bit harder, but there is almost always some type of resolution available.     MOLD everywhere. My best friend brought her family here and they all got super sick and went to the ER in marina deal Rey, scared because they were getting headaches and coughing after their 2nd day! Don t do it, how ridiculous to pay so much per night and even after asking them to exchange rooms because her sister in law had a baby and they REFUSED said too bad because it was their third night and why didn t they complain earlier! Seriously what a joke! They then tried to blame her for breaking the toilet! Well I m going to show u pics of the old piece of crap and the mold all over the sink and room!

    Unfortunately, the water took over 5 min to get hot. and it was backing up in the shower. We had to get someone to unclog the shower drain. He came and used a plunger that s used for the toilet. The next day was worse: there was standing dirty water in the shower, backed up and almost overflowing the bathroom. Disgusting.

    Alright, first off, let me say that all I basically want at cheap priced hotels/motels is:

    – air conditioning/ refrigerator
    – a clean room (bug free), clean sheets, towels, etc.
    – working toilet, sink and shower
    – working door lock/ no theft from housekeeping
    – parking lot
    – safe-ish neighborhood

    IMO, these should the basics every place should have to obtain repeat customers.

    This place failed in the working shower requirement. We only stayed there 2 nights and both times I used the shower I had problems getting hot water. The first time, it took several minutes for the water to warm up and even then it fluctuated on me. The second time, it took FOREVER to get even warm water that I could wash my hair in without risking getting a cold afterwards. I even turned all the cold water off and turned the hot water knob full blast and it was just a tiny bit warm after more than 10 minutes of trying. This was just downright annoying.

    The shower drain also took forever to drain the water out so that the next guy using the shower had to wait a while before going in.

    They did fine in everything else tho. It had a microwave, fridge, tv with a movie channel and a weird porn channel with the upper left window of the screen showing it, a love seat sofa, AC worked pretty strong and they tidied up our room pretty neatly. Place was pretty darn clean with no bugs in site. Floor is tiled, not carpeted.

    So you decide how important the shower is to you, it was REALLY important to me.

    An IRS Payment Plan is for taxpayers who can’t afford to pay off their entire back tax debt at once or for those who can’t make large payments to the IRS without experiencing an economic hardship. The key word here is hardship. One could say that anyone who is paying back the IRS for past due taxes is experiencing an economic hardship in that there are always more pleasurable things to do with one’s money. Unfortunately, the IRS doesn’t see it that way.

    In order to set up a Payment Plan for IRS back taxes and stop collection action. a taxpayer must demonstrate to the IRS that paying all that is due or making excessively large payments to the IRS would result in an undue economic hardship to the taxpayer. This is done by showing that payment of what the IRS is demanding would result in the taxpayer taking food off their family’s table or doing without some other necessity of life to give the money to the IRS instead. Fortunately for many people, this is not that difficult to demonstrate. Other times it is a bit harder, but there is almost always some type of resolution available. If you contact us. we will help you deal with the IRS and correctly complete the right forms to set up a Payment Plan that works for you.

    The main benefit of setting up installment payments with the IRS is that it will put you back in compliance and you will no longer have to worry about the IRS knocking on your door. The IRS will have disappeared from your life and there will be no threat of levy and seizure (garnishment) of your wages, bank accounts, or any other property. The harassment by the IRS will be completely over, as long as you continue to make the agreed upon payments.

    It is possible that by having us take a look at your financial situation, you may actually qualify for a hardship deferment of collection action and be put on uncollectable status. If this is the case, you would then be completely left alone by the IRS and make no payments. Do not count on this, but it does sometimes work out that way. Furthermore, you will not have to wait long for an answer. According to the IRS’s internal rules, they must answer your request for hardship within ten (10) working days of receipt of your request. THAT IS FAST.

    In order to get set up on a really low payment plan or better yet on uncollectable status, you must demonstrate economic hardship to the IRS. You may be asking yourself: “How do I prove economic hardship to the IRS?” Economic hardship according to IRS rules and procedures is when paying the IRS would result in undue or unreasonable hardship to you, the taxpayer. As a taxpayer, you may think that not paying off your VISA debt or a loan from Aunt Mary and giving that money to the IRS instead is unreasonable, but the IRS doesn’t see it that way – and they never will.

    To view this in the proper perspective, you must look at it from the way the IRS Collections folks do. You see, they have all the power and hold most of the cards. What you have going for you are some reasonable outs provided by Congress and the IRS to keep the system efficient and within the bounds of reason. It is not efficient for the IRS to spend its time and money trying to collect a large sum of money from somebody who has no way of paying so large of an amount. The IRS and Congress have provided for this by instituting Payment Plans. The key is to make sure it is a Livable Payment Plan that you can afford and continue to pay without defaulting. This is what National Tax Relief makes sure of. You do not want to get coerced into a Payment Plan by a revenue officer in which the payments are so high that you will not be able to keep them up in the long run. If you get into a Payment Plan and later default, then you will be in bigger trouble than before.

    How to Qualify for a Payment Plan or Uncollectable Status

    You must show the IRS on the proper forms that your allowable expenses are equal to, or only slightly less than, your income. This is how you show the IRS that you can pay them only an “affordable and livable amount” without “undue economic hardship. Your allowable expenses are what the IRS considers the necessities of life. In general, they are: food, clothing, housing, utilities, transportation, medical, insurance and work-related expenditures.     Kid genius brothers, 11 and 14, graduate high school and college this weekend

    Carson Huey-You, 14, graduated from Texas Christian University on May 13, becoming the youngest graduate in history. He earned a degree in physics and minors in Chinese and math. (Amy Peterson, Texas Christian University)

    Claretta Kimp wants you to understand this:

    Yes, she gave birth to two child prodigies, and yes, they’re graduating from high school and college this weekend at ages 11 and 14, respectively. Carson, her oldest, is leaving Texas Christian University with a degree in physics and minors in Chinese and math. Cannan, the kid brother, will head to TCU next fall to study astrophysics and engineering. The first wants to get a PhD, the other wants to be an astronaut.

    All that, Kimp concedes, is impressive.

    But as a mom, her sons’ academic achievements rank low among her favorite facts.

    “Yes, they’re smart,” Kimp told The Washington Post, “but that’s just a small part of who they are.”

    The brothers, she said, are also best friends, study partners and big fans of their puppy, Klaus. They wrestle and laugh and hold the door open for women, just like their mother taught them. At home, Carson and Cannan do not fight, not even during their epic Star Wars lightsaber battles that make Kimp cringe. And don’t worry, Kimp tells the peanut gallery, their social lives are perfectly adequate. Their childhoods haven’t suffered.

    “My boys have more social skills than most adults,” she said. “They are just normal little boys who do normal little boy things.”

    It was their brilliance, though, that first landed them in the spotlight.

    Four years ago, at age 10, Carson was admitted to TCU in Fort Worth and he began classes as an 11-year-old. On Saturday, he’ll become the youngest graduate in the university’s history.

    Kimp, who studied early education and business at Southern Illinois University, said she converted the spare bedroom in their home into a classroom before Carson was even walking. At first, he played with blocks there. Then she started sitting him in a chair for class.

    He was so excited to learn, Kimp said, that they created a set school day from 9 a.m. to noon. But Carson would blow through the curriculum she planned in an hour. By age 2, he was reading books with chapters, and at age 3 he told his mom he wanted to learn calculus.

    Kimp home-schooled Carson until he was 5 years old and learning at an eighth grade level. She knew he needed to “get out a little bit,” she said, but she struggled to find a school that was willing or able to accommodate him. She finally found a small, private Christian school and cold-called the receptionist.

    “I’m a normal functioning human being and I’m totally for real,” she recalls saying on the phone. “Here’s my situation.”

    The principal eventually accepted Carson, and five years later he graduated as co-valedictorian.

    Then the search for a school willing to accept a child started all over again.

    Kimp said they visited numerous college campuses and listened to lectures about the Ivy League. But when it came time to decide, TCU bubbled to the top.

    Ultimately, the decision was Carson’s. He told his mom that TCU “felt right.”

    “TCU is our Ivy League,” Kimp said.

    Physics professor Magnus Rittby, a senior associate dean, became Carson’s mentor and, eventually, his research adviser. Rittby knew how to ease Carson’s anxieties, push him academically and, most importantly to Kimp, treat her son like the kid he is.

    “This experience at TCU would not have been possible without Dr. Rittby,” she said.

    Carson faced challenges most college kids don’t. Federal financial aid forms, for example, didn’t include his age in the drop-down menu, and his mom had to drive him an hour and a half to school every day in rush hour traffic. Kimp walked him to and from class. And he had a 9 p.m. bedtime — 11 p.m. if he had to cram for a big exam.

    Kimp eventually moved the family closer to campus, so their commute shortened to eight minutes. And the juggling act got even easier once Cannan started tagging along to TCU.

    Because Kimp never wanted to make her sons feel in intellectual competition with each other, the divorced mom tried to avoid forcing Cannan down the same path as Carson. She wanted him to find his own way.

    Cannan began on the traditional route, attending kindergarten with kids his own age. But my second grade, he was bored, and asked to be home-schooled like Carson, reported the Dallas Morning News. Kimp thinks her eldest son’s thirst for learning rubbed off on Cannan.

    Even after she would complete lessons with Cannan, Carson would swoop in to help with homework, demonstrating on the whiteboard in their home how to breeze through complex math equations.

    “They know that they are blessed to have a sibling and to have each other,” Kimp told The Post.

    With both sons, she said she enjoyed “seeing the lightbulb moments.”

    Cannan later enrolled in the same private high school that Carson attended. He went to the school to take exams, but mostly worked remotely from the TCU campus alongside his brother. Cannan even got to begin work on a research project with a TCU astronomy professor.

    On Friday, he’ll walk at his high school graduation, and on Saturday, Carson will receive his college diploma.

    And although her children are geniuses, Kimp chooses to measure her parental success in other ways.

    Recently, Cannan and Carson were playing upstairs with their Star Wars lightsabers, gifts they got this year at Christmas. Made from hard plastic, they made a loud “whack!” every time they clashed together. Kimp listened from downstairs, waiting, she said, for an inevitable scream.

    When it came from Carson, who had been thumped in the arm, she sat there for a minute to see what would happen next.

    “Oh, I’m so sorry,” she heard Cannan said. “Let me rub it for you.”

    She sat back feeling satisfied.

    “Okay, yeah,” she said she thought to herself, “I’ve done a good job.”

What was suppose to be a week extended to a month for relocation reasons.we needed a comfortable place to lay our head and here s where we found it.they were willing to accommodate our stay with our children with a decent rate to go with it.they offer maid service and the bed feels new and unused.they have clean sheets to lay in.Believe in me I have ocd when it comes to where I lay my head and I m alergic to bed bugs.i asked them if they had that problem upon arriving and unlike other motel/hotels that lie and tell you they don t have them.their word stood firm because I never once woke up with bites.i recommend this place because it s the best your going to get considering the area is ok.

    I stayed in 106 – Terrible room. They say on the phone newly renovated rooms the only thing renovated in my room was the bathroom which didn t have hot water and was pretty modern but he rest of the room looked really old. The door looked raggedy and chipping I saw a baby bug in the bathroom and another but on be fridge they looked like bed bugs to me but I wasn t bit thank god. We left as soon as we woke up. There wasn t a TV. no microwave some neighbor knocked on our door and yelled if we don t shut up they will call the cops. Yet we heard them either talking or watching my tv till about 3 am needless to say the walls are paper thin. It s completely a rip off to charge 75 bucks. It should be 55-65 if anything. By far the worst hotel I have stayed in

    Okay, so a friend I checked into this motel last minute it was problem after problem. The guy charged us $65 with ALL the problems we had we could hv gone to Motel 6 for a better experience. He gave us room #4 it was SOOOO Filthy! The toilet had dirt spots on it, a dirty wash cloth over the sink dirty shower floor. In other words they didn t clean it b4 they gave it to us after the previous person left. He gives us another room but now the heater doesn t work, T.V. won t turn on says to us ( Oh! Warner Cable is coming tomorrow ). I said. well that s not okay when ur making us pay full price. He didn t even want to come help us or even apologize. It was the worst experience. UR BETTER OFF GOING TO MOTEL #6.

Theyre towels were like old rags, bedbugs on the bed, sticky floors, URINE ON TOILET SEAT FROM PREVIOUS CUSTOMER, very poor and old sheets, and the bathroom even had the previous customers hygiene shit everywhere! OBVIOUSLY DIDNT CLEAN THE ROOMS! And they knock on ur door a few minutes before checkput time to tell u if u go even 1 minute over, u have to pay 10$. BS. And be careful bcoz they will also take ur deposit if u dont pay. Dont ever go here. THEY WILL BE CLOSED DOWN SOON DONT WORRY. U GUYS ARE SO DISGUSTING.     This is by far the most disgusting motel I ve ever stayed at. We literally just needed somewhere to sleep, as we were just passing through the city. They are trying to update the rooms, with fresh paint newer things but, on this particular night it was not worth the $80 spent. There was no mirror, trash can or toilet paper. The TV was old, fuzzy crappy. There was residue left in the toilets, as if it hadn t been cleaned for a few days. The sheets were awful. They need some upgrading for sure. Once we were ready for bed, I pulled back the sheets to discover a huge yellow stain. Thinking it was just a stain, I pulled back to see the stain went all the way down to the second set of sheets meaning these sheets were not changed. I was horrified should have left but it was late and we just wanted to sleep. The hotel clerk brought us fresh sheets finally we slept. No breakfast, no microwave, no fridge. My 3 year old woke up with some sort of bug bites on his left side also. Def wouldn t recommend or stay here again.

    Graduate from an accredited nursing program

    Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure

    Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification

    Current driver’s license and automobile insurance

    Three (3) years nursing experience

    Preferred qualifications for this position include:

    Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

    Hospice certification or advanced certification

    Hospice, home health, long-term care, medical/surgical, and/or oncology experience

    Demonstrated skills in clinical nursing assessment and treatment skills

    Proficient in using computers and Microsoft Office Suite programs including Word and Outlook

    Knowledge of hospice and palliative care practices

    Knowledge of Electronic Health Record systems
